How often should I clean my gutters?
It depends on the trees around your house, the roof layout, and how quickly debris collects. Spring and the end of leaf fall are useful times to assess the need. Properties with heavy tree cover or recurring blockages may need more frequent attention.
What affects the price?
Gutter length, number of stories, access, debris buildup, downspout blockages, and gutter guards can all affect the scope. Share those details when known and confirm what the quote includes before scheduling.
Can you clean gutters with guards?
Tell us what type of guards you have and whether debris is collecting on top or beneath them. Cleaning access and any removal or reinstallation need to be discussed before the visit.
Does gutter cleaning include repairs?
A cleanout removes debris; it does not automatically include resealing joints, replacing sections, adjusting slope, or repairing underground drains. Mention leaks, sagging, or damage so those needs can be assessed separately.
Do I need to be home?
That depends on the access arrangements agreed before your appointment. Include locked gates, pets, water access, and any restrictions around the property so the visit can be planned.
